ATTENTION: BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE HP PC PROMOTION (THE “PROMOTION”), PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “TERMS”) CAREFULLY. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THEM.

This Promotion shall run from 13 May 2026 until 10 June 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). This Promotion is only applicable in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam (the “Participating Countries”).

1. Object of Promotion
   1. Subject to these Terms, an eligible end user who purchases an Eligible HP PC Product (as defined under Clause 2.1 below) in Malaysia for their own personal use (the “End User”, “you”, “your”) will be entitled to a receive a 007 First Light Gaming voucher in the corresponding values set out in Table A below.
   2. Any contractual, statutory, or common law warranties that you may be entitled to against the seller of the Eligible HP PC Product(s), or any other person, remain unaffected. For the avoidance of doubt, any statutory rights you may be entitled to under any applicable consumer protection legislation are not limited or affected in any manner by this Promotion.
   3. These Terms and this Promotion are without prejudice to, and should not be construed as modifying, the terms of the HP Limited Warranty Statement provided with your Eligible HP PC Product(s).
2. Qualifying Products Promotion
   1. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must purchase an HP notebook or desktop product of the models listed in Table A below (an “Eligible HP PC Product”) from a participating retail partner in Malaysia (a “Reseller”) during the Promotional Period.
3. Promotion Administration & Further Eligibility Criteria
   1. To participate in this Promotion and make a claim for a 007 First Light Gaming Voucher in respect of a qualifying purchase of an Eligible HP PC Product (a “Voucher Claim”), you must complete the following steps:
      • you must purchase an Eligible HP PC Product in Malaysia Participating Countries from a Reseller during the Promotional Period and be the end user of the said Eligible HP PC Product;
      • in order to file a Voucher Claim, you will need to submit you’re a claim (including the serial number of the Eligible HP PC Product) through the HP Real website (https://realapp.ext.hp.com/Redemption/my/Customer/Index). The system will then validate the entry within 24 hours of submission.
      • once successfully validated and subject to these Terms, you will receive a voucher code for the 007 First Light Gaming Voucher via a confirmation email. Such vouchers are available on a limited, first-come-first-served basis and are subject to availability. HP does not guarantee that all customers submitting Voucher Claims in respect of Eligible HP PC Products purchased will receive a Gaming voucher (or any replacement or substitute voucher, remuneration, or compensation, however described);
      • the Voucher Claim must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date of the Eligible HP PC Product; and
      • any Voucher Claim submitted without the information (and any documentation) required, as set out in these Terms and the HP Real website, will be rejected.
   2. After receiving the relevant code for the gaming voucher, you will need to redeem the code for the corresponding gaming voucher via the NVIDIA App.
   3. G007 First Light Gaming vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Other than the redemption and use of the vouchers via the NVIDIA app, the vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
   4. Each serial number of an Eligible HP PC Product may only be used for a single, one-time, Voucher Claim.
   5. All redemption and use of the 007 First Light Gaming vouchers provided under the Promotion, and the use of the NVIDIA app, is subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the gaming vouchers and NVIDIA app (respectively), and in force from time to time.
4. Personal Data
   HP’s Privacy Statement at https://www.hp.com/sg-en/privacy/privacy.html (“HP Privacy Statement”) governs the collection and use of any personal data in connection with this Promotion. By submitting your personal data, you represent and warrant that you agree to the terms of the HP Privacy Statement. Upon request, you can withdraw any previous consent granted, or request a correction, amendment, restriction, anonymization, or deletion of your personal data by clicking this link: https://www.hp.com/sg-en/privacy/privacy.html. In certain cases, your request may be denied on the basis of a legitimate exception, such as where making the information available would reveal personal data about another person or where we are legally prevented from disclosing such information.
5. General
   1. Should you not comply with these Terms, HP is entitled not to provide any 007 First Light Gaming vouchers or codes for the redemption of such voucher in respect of any purchase of Eligible HP PC Product(s) referred to in a Voucher Claim. Any failure by you to comply with these Terms at any time will invalidate any Voucher Claim(s) made by you (or on your behalf). In such an event, if a 007 First Light Gaming voucher (or a code for the redemption of such voucher) has already been provided to you in connection with any Voucher Claim(s), HP reserves the right to procure the cancellation and/or invalidation of such voucher or code and HP will have no liability to you in connection with such cancellation and/or invalidation.
   2. HP reserves the right to verify eligibility of any Voucher Claim, and you agree to promptly provide HP any and all reasonable information and documentation requested by HP in order to do so.
   3. HP reserves the absolute right not to process or honour, and to reject, any Voucher Claims that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or contain false statements, or are otherwise not in compliance with these Terms.
   4. To the fullest extent permitted under by law, HP reserves the right to revise any of these terms and conditions, or withdraw, suspend, or alter any part of this Promotion, at any time, as it deems fit, without prior notice and/or assuming any liability to you or any other party. HP shall not be liable to pay any compensation or enter into any correspondence in connection with the same.    5. To the fullest extent permitted by law and notwithstanding any other provisions of these Terms:-
      • HP’s sole responsibility and liability to you under and in connection with these Terms and this Promotion will be the provision of voucher codes for the redemption of gaming vouchers which you are awarded in respect of an eligible Voucher Claim pursuant to these Terms;
      • HP will not be responsible or liable in respect of any restrictions or limitations on the use of the relevant gaming vouchers, or for the availability, functionality, or performance of the CapitaStar app;
      • HP shall not be responsible or liable for any delays in the processing and provision of codes for gaming Vouchers in respect of any approved Voucher Claims caused or contributed to by any errors in the information provided by you to HP (such as your email contact details, Eligible HP PC Product details, purchase details, etc.), or any loss, harm, damage, injury, costs, or expense whatsoever arising out of or in connection with such delays;
      • save for liabilities which cannot be excluded by law and save to the extent caused by HP, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless HP and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Released Entities”), from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, costs, or expense whatsoever (including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death) which may occur arising out of or in connection with: preparation for, or participation in, this Promotion and in any Promotion-related activity, any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, misappropriation, false association, breach of privacy laws, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any intellectual property-related cause of action, and/or your breach of these Terms or any applicable law; and
      • HP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms and this Promotion, including (but not limited to) any inability to access or use any gaming voucher.
   6. In these Terms, “HP” shall refer to the following:
      • where the Eligible HP PC Product is purchased in the Malaysia, “HP PPS Sales Sdn. Bhd.”;
   7. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity in these Terms and/or the operation of the Promotion, HP’s decision and determination shall be final. Any determinations required to be made, and any discretion to be exercised by HP, under or in connection with these Terms shall be made or exercised by HP in its sole and absolute discretion, and shall be final.
   8. Any disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Promotion and these Terms, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), fraud, or any other legal theory, shall be governed by laws of the country where HP is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and HP agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of such country in respect of any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the Promotion and these Terms.
