ATTENTION: BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE HP PC & HYPERX PERIPHERALS PROMOTION (THE “PROMOTION”), PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “TERMS”) CAREFULLY. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THEM. This Promotion shall run from 28 July 2026 until 31 October 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). This Promotion is only applicable in Thailand.

1. Objective of Promotion
   1. Subject to these Terms, an eligible end user who purchases an Eligible HP PC & HyperX Peripherals Product (as defined under Clause 2 below) in Thailand for their own personal use (the “End User”, “you”, “your”) will be entitled to a receive vouchers in the corresponding values set out in Table A below.
   2. Any contractual, statutory, or common law warranties that you may be entitled to against the seller of the Eligible HP PC Product(s), or any other person, remain unaffected. For the avoidance of doubt, any statutory rights you may be entitled to under any applicable consumer protection legislation are not limited or affected in any manner by this Promotion.
   3. These Terms and this Promotion are without prejudice to, and should not be construed as modifying, the terms of the HP Limited Warranty Statement provided with your Eligible HP PC & HyperX Peripherals Product(s).
2. Qualifying Products Promotion
3. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must purchase an HP product of the models listed in Table A below (an “Eligible HP PC & HyperX Peripherals Product”) from HP online store https://www.hp.com/ during the Promotional Period.
4. Promotion Administration & Further Eligibility Criteria
   1. To participate in this Promotion and claim vouchers in respect of a qualifying purchase of an Eligible HP PC & HyperX Peripherals Product, you must complete the following steps:
      a. if you purchase the Eligible HP PC & HyperX Peripherals Product from the HP online store:
      Subject to availability (see Clause 3.2 below), HP will send you the voucher code within 10 days of your purchase via a confirmation email with instructions on how to redeem the said voucher.
      b. After receiving the relevant code, you will need to redeem the code for the corresponding vouchers via external links and websites.
      c. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
   2. The vouchers are available on a limited, first-come-first-served basis and are subject to availability. HP does not guarantee that all customers submitting Voucher Claims in respect of Eligible HP PC & HyperX Peripherals Product(s) purchased will receive a voucher (or any replacement or substitute voucher, remuneration, or compensation, however described)
   3. All redemption and use of the vouchers provided under the Promotion, and the use of the related applications and websites, is subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the said vouchers, applications, and websites (respectively), in force from time to time.
5. Personal Data
   HP’s Privacy Statement at https://www.hp.com/th-en/privacy/privacy.html (“HP Privacy Statement”) governs the collection and use of any personal data in connection with this Promotion. By submitting your personal data, you represent and warrant that you agree to the terms of the HP Privacy Statement. Upon request, you can withdraw any previous consent granted, or request a correction, amendment, restriction, anonymization, or deletion of your personal data by clicking this link: https://www.hp.com/th-en/privacy/privacy.html. In certain cases, your request may be denied on the basis of a legitimate exception, such as where making the information available would reveal personal data about another person or where we are legally prevented from disclosing such information.
6. General
   1. Should you not comply with these Terms, HP is entitled not to provide any vouchers or codes for the redemption of such vouchers in respect of any purchase of Eligible HP PC & HyperX Peripherals Product(s) referred to in a Voucher Claim, from the HP Online Store, or from an HP official store in an online marketplace, or Reseller. Any failure by you to comply with these Terms at any time will invalidate any Voucher Claim(s) made by you (or on your behalf), and any eligibility to participate in this Promotion arising out of any purchase of Eligible HP PC & HyperX Peripherals Product(s) from the HP Online Store or from an HP official store in an online marketplace. In such an event, if vouchers has already been provided to you in connection with this Promotion, HP reserves the right to procure the cancellation and/or invalidation of such voucher or code and HP will have no liability to you in connection with such cancellation and/or invalidation.
   2. HP reserves the right to verify eligibility of any Voucher Claim, and you agree to promptly provide HP any and all reasonable information and documentation requested by HP in order to do so.
   3. HP reserves the absolute right not to process or honour, and to reject, any Voucher Claims that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or contain false statements, or are otherwise not in compliance with these Terms.
   4. To the fullest extent permitted under by law, HP reserves the right to revise any of these terms and conditions, or withdraw, suspend, or alter any part of this Promotion, at any time, as it deems fit, without prior notice and/or assuming any liability to you or any other party. HP shall not be liable to pay any compensation or enter any correspondence in connection with the same.
   5. To the fullest extent permitted by law and notwithstanding any other provisions of these Terms:
      a. HP’s sole responsibility and liability to you under and in connection with these Terms and this Promotion will be the provision of voucher codes for the redemption of vouchers which you are provided in respect of a qualifying purchase of any Eligible HP PC & HyperX Peripherals Product(s) and pursuant to these Terms;
      b. HP will not be responsible or liable in respect of any restrictions or limitations on the use of the relevant vouchers, or for the content, availability, functionality, or performance of any non-HP app, external link, or non-HP website (including any failure to redeem a code for the vouchers caused by the same);
      c. HP shall not be responsible or liable for any delays in the processing and provision of codes for \ vouchers in connection with this Promotion, including (but not limited to) where caused or contributed to by any errors in the information provided by you to HP (such as your email contact details, Eligible HP PC & HyperX Peripherals Product details, purchase details, etc.), or for any loss, harm, damage, injury, costs, or expense whatsoever arising out of or in connection with such delays;
      d. Save for liabilities which cannot be excluded by law and save to the extent caused by HP, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless HP and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Released Entities”), from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, costs, or expense whatsoever (including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death) which may occur arising out of or in connection with: preparation for, or participation in, this Promotion and in any Promotion-related activity, any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, misappropriation, false association, breach of privacy laws, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any intellectual property-related cause of action, and/or your breach of these Terms or any applicable law; and
      e. HP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms and this Promotion, including (but not limited to) any inability to access or use any vouchers.
   6. In these Terms, “HP” shall refer to “HP PPS Thailand (Sales) Pte. Ltd.”.
   7. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity in these Terms and/or the operation of the Promotion, HP’s decision and determination shall be final. Any determinations required to be made, and any discretion to be exercised by HP, under or in connection with these Terms shall be made or exercised by HP in its sole and absolute discretion and shall be final.
   8. Any disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Promotion and these Terms, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), fraud, or any other legal theory, shall be governed by laws of the country where HP is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and HP agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of such country in respect of any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the Promotion and these Terms.
